How do you deal with difficult people at work, who does not see what you see. Example, where they (senior to you) do not understand how things are done but don&amp;#39;t accept their flaw or ignorance, instead so typically override your argument with their seniority? Grrr!! What bothers me...</title><content type='html'>Couldn&amp;#39;t agree more with you!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What bothers me most is that this stupid managers who make that kind of decisions tend to repeat the same mistakes all over again and never learn from it. They expect different results by doing exactly same thing as before. Insane! Such people deserve to be punished in some medieval kind of way!
