Agile Planning Presentation

Mike Cohn recently posted the following on the scrumdevelopment group:

----

On March 20, I gave spoke at Google at the invitation of the bayXP group on the subject of "Planning and Tracking on Agile Projects." They did a nice job of recording the session and have posted it on YouTube. You can download it at:

Part 1 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fb9Rzyi8b90
Part 2 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeT0pOVg0EI

The session slides are also available at

All up the presentation goes for about 90 minutes and is well worth watching if you've got some time to invest.

Thanks Mike!

Might be worth checking out Mingle - ThoughtWorks' new agile project management tool - http://studios.thoughtworks.com. Hasn't been released yet... but looks promising

Thanks - I've looked at that before and it does "look" interesting, but I'll wait until something gets released before making a judgement.

I've trialled scrumworks pro before and while it's quite nice, whiteboards and post-it notes seem to work better.
